Talent Contest Regulations: Due to changes at the State Fair only one winner from each division will be eligible to compete at the State Fair competition this year. Entry fee will be paid for by Mille Lacs County Fair. State Fair contestants will be competing for over $3,200 in cash prizes. If you have won first place at another county fair talent competition you are also ineligible at our fair.

CLIMB ACROSS MINNESOTA

Enjoy free live theater at the Mille Lacs County Fair.  In much the same way traveling actors used their “pageant” wagons a thousand years ago – CLIMB Theatre will pull their brightly painted trucks onto the fairgrounds, gather a crowd and perform three different one acts several times during the day.  When the actors aren’t performing they will visit with fairgoers discussing theater and their lives as actors.
Join us Friday, August 12th starting at 10:00 am
See you at the Fair!

CLIMB Theatre is a 2010-2011 fiscal year recipient of an Arts Access grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board.  This activity is funded, in part, by the Minnesota arts and cultural heritage fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the Legacy Amendment vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.
