SCARECROW RULES

1. Limit 1 entry per individual or organization.
2. Must remain intact during entire fair.
3. Must not weigh over 60 pounds.
4. Not over 7 feet high.
5. May be either free standing or made to
suspend from ceiling by wire.

1. 17 years and under individual
2. 18 years and over individual
3. 17 years and under organization

CORN

4 ears, husks removed. Include Hybrid name, planting date, and maturity.
CLASS BY - Children age 16 and under
CLASS BD - Adults age 17 through 61
CLASS BSR - Senior Citizens age 62 and older

2. Last year’s corn

GRAIN

Grain must be shown in quart glass jars. Grains must be grown during 2009 to be eligible for entry. Include name of variety.

HAY

One wafer slice secured from bale or equivalent of loose hay. Tie all samples with two bands. The sample should be representative of field scale operations. Hand picked and oven-dried samples will be disqualified.
