Indemnification Clause: As further compensation, all Demolition Derby Drivers and Pit Members shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the following: Mille Lacs County Agriculture Society, County of Mille Lacs, City of Princeton including their respective Officers, Board Members, Agents and Employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings and causes of action of any and every kind arising out of or in any way connected with the Demolition Derby related to the Mlle Lacs County Fair.
